VO/SA codes help — 522 alone is typically 8-pin, 522+524 (AHL) is 9-pin, pre-LCI Adaptive LED (552) is 10-pin, and LCI LED cars (5A2 and 552 alike) are 6-pin — but always confirm by pin count because connector housings can share the same shell. How do I switch DRL colors?
Use the high-beam stalk flash sequence. ICON/CSL-GTS variants differ by DRL configuration: white-only (no change), white+yellow (5× toggles between the two), white+yellow+amber (4×/5×/6×), white+yellow+red (4×/5×/6×). Snake-Eye is 4× for white and 5× for yellow.
Do I need coding?

If moisture is already inside, part swaps are temporary: the humidity that killed the first module claims the next one. BMW doesn’t sell the rings separately, so official repair means complete assemblies at dealer prices — commonly north of €1,500 per side. At that point, new complete units with a warranty are usually the more rational spend.
Will these be brighter than my factory xenon or halogen at night?
