Terms of Service
Effective: 2026/01/05
1 — Agreement
By accessing or purchasing from eleronlights.com (the “Site”), you enter a contract with MB Eleron (“Eleron”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2 — Seller Information
MB Eleron (Mažoji bendrija) Company code: 307535599 VAT ID: LT100019482713 Registered address: Vilkpėdės g. 22, LT-03151 Vilnius, Lithuania Email: [email protected]
3 — Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent/guardian) to place an order.
4 — Products & Compatibility
Our products are aftermarket automotive lighting parts. Fitment and legality can vary by vehicle, region, and local regulations. You are responsible for confirming compatibility and lawful road use in your jurisdiction. Photos and descriptions are illustrative; minor variations may occur. Some headlights require custom configuration/preparation after purchase and may take up to 10 business days before dispatch.
5 — Pricing, VAT, Taxes & Customs
Prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise. EU VAT may apply depending on delivery country and customer status (consumer/business). For deliveries outside the EU, import VAT, customs duties, and carrier handling fees may apply and are generally payable by the recipient unless we explicitly state otherwise at checkout. If a price or product detail is clearly incorrect due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you.
6 — Orders & Payment
An order is accepted when we confirm it by email and/or dispatch the goods (whichever occurs first). We may refuse or cancel an order if payment fails, items are unavailable, there is a pricing/description error, address details are incomplete/high-risk, or we reasonably suspect fraud/abuse. Payments are processed via secure providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card details.
7 — Shipping & Delivery
Shipping details are provided on our Shipping Information page and form part of these Terms. Orders may ship from our facility and/or partner/supplier fulfillment locations depending on availability and destination. Delivery times are estimates, typically 4–14 business days after dispatch, and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, customs/import processing, weather, or other factors outside our control. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact details.
8 — Delivery Issues & Anti-Fraud Rules
If tracking shows the package as “Delivered” to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered delivered unless the carrier confirms misdelivery. If you did not receive the parcel, or if it arrives opened/damaged/missing items or appears tampered with, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp (or attempted delivery) and keep all packaging. Provide clear photos/video of the outer box (all sides), shipping label, any damage/tampering, internal packaging, and contents received. We may open a carrier investigation and may wait for the carrier outcome before issuing a refund or replacement. For some orders we may require signature delivery or additional verification. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.
9 — Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. If your order has not entered preparation/dispatch, we will do our best to cancel. If an order has shipped, cancellation is not possible; you may use the return process if eligible.
10 — Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Exchanges and Refund Policy pages, which form part of these Terms. We require a Return Authorization (RMA) for returns so we can route and verify items. Returns sent without an RMA may be delayed, refused, or returned to sender if we cannot verify the order. Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
11 — EU/UK Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you may have a legal right to withdraw from a distance purchase within the statutory period (subject to statutory exceptions, including certain customized/prepared-to-order goods where applicable). Consumers may also have statutory rights regarding non-conforming/faulty goods. These statutory rights apply regardless of any commercial warranty and cannot be excluded.
12 — Intellectual Property
All Site content (text, images, logos, graphics) is owned by Eleron or licensed to us and may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without permission.
13 — Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eleron is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, lost business, or vehicle downtime). Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited by law (including for fraud, wilful misconduct, or non-waivable consumer rights).
14 — Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer in the EEA/UK, you also benefit from mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract. Disputes may be brought in the competent courts in Lithuania, without prejudice to consumer rights to bring claims in their home jurisdiction where applicable. For consumer complaints, contact [email protected]; unresolved consumer disputes may be submitted to Lithuania’s consumer authority (VVTAT) for out-of-court dispute resolution.
15 — Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The Effective date shows the latest version. Changes apply to orders placed after updated Terms are posted.
