E-Mark & EU Legality — Plain Language
Many EU-focused VLAND F30/F31 headlight variants carry an E-mark (UNECE type-approval). Look for the circled “E” on the housing. E-marked units that are installed, aimed, and operated as intended are widely accepted in EU roadworthiness checks. If a specific variant isn’t listed with E-marking, simply use as intended for your tuning project and local expectations.
Install, DRL Color Switch & Aiming
High-Level Install
- Remove OE assemblies via factory mounting points (bumper loosening helps access)
- Connect OE multi-pin harnesses and secure housings
- Power on to verify low/high, indicators and DRL color

DRL White ⇄ Yellow Switch
- With ignition on, flash the high beams 5× quickly to toggle DRL color
- Repeat the 5× flash to return to the other mode
- Mode is retained until you toggle again
