Every Eleron product is backed by a 2-year limited warranty. If something goes wrong due to a manufacturing defect, we'll take care of it.

Coverage Overview

  • Your product is protected by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
  • It covers manufacturing, electrical, and design defects under normal use.
  • Available to the original purchaser with proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.
  • This warranty is in addition to any statutory rights that may apply in your region.

What Happens If You Have a Defect

We aim to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. Once a claim is verified:

  • If stock is available, a replacement unit or replacement component (e.g., a new LED module) is shipped immediately.
  • When possible, a brand-new unit or a factory-certified, visually flawless refurbished unit of equal quality will be provided.
  • Replacement items carry the remaining warranty period of the original purchase — the warranty does not restart.

If the Product is Out of Stock

  • A standard replacement may take time while stock is replenished.
  • Because your vehicle needs functional headlights, if the wait is impractical, an alternative solution will be offered (such as repairing your existing unit, providing an equivalent model, or a prorated refund at Eleron's discretion).
  • You will be kept informed throughout the entire process.

How to File a Warranty Claim

1. Contact Us Immediately

Email [email protected] with your order number and a clear description of the issue as soon as you notice it.

2. Provide Documentation

To help us assess the issue quickly, please include clear photos showing the defect and an unedited, full-resolution video demonstrating the issue and any basic troubleshooting steps (e.g., checking connections). For large files, use WeTransfer or a Google Drive link.

3. Troubleshooting

Our technicians may ask you to perform additional diagnostic steps before approving a replacement. This ensures the issue is a genuine product defect (and not a car fuse or wiring issue) and allows for the fastest resolution.

4. Return or Field-Destroy

You will be asked to return the defective product for inspection. In rare cases where return shipping is impractical, we may authorize a 'field destroy' resolution. This requires you to provide a continuous, unedited video of the unit's main wiring harness being cut, with your face and a piece of paper showing today's date and your order number visible in the frame.

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Design defects that cause the product to fail under normal, intended use.
  • Electrical or internal component failures not caused by external factors.
  • Severe water intrusion (actual pooling of water inside the housing) due to factory seal failure.

What's Not Covered (Please Read Carefully)

  • Third-Party Labor: This warranty covers the Eleron product only. It does not cover mechanic fees, installation/removal labor, towing, or rental car costs under any circumstances.
  • Normal atmospheric condensation (light fogging on the inside of the lens that naturally dissipates when the lights are turned on or the weather changes).
  • Damage from incorrect installation (wiring errors, improper fitment, forcing connectors, or overtightening bolts).
  • Normal wear and tear over time, including minor cosmetic scratches or surface marks from handling that do not affect function.
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidental damage (drops, collisions, road debris impacts).
  • Damage from acts of nature (flooding, storms, extreme weather events).
  • Modifications, custom configurations, HID/LED conversions, or light-source modifications done without proper sealing and weather protection.
  • Water damage from submersion, direct pressure washing at seals, or extreme off-road use beyond the product's rated protection level.
  • Damage from grease, chemicals, or solvents applied to connectors or housings.

Inspection & Claim Denial

Returned items undergo strict bench-testing. If no defect is found, or if the issue is determined to be caused by improper installation, modification, or another non-covered cause, the claim will be denied. In such cases, the customer is responsible for any return or re-shipment shipping costs. You will always be notified of the outcome with a clear explanation and photo/video proof from our technicians.
