Are Eleron lights truly plug and play?
Most Eleron automotive lights are designed for plug-and-play installation as direct replacements using the existing wiring harness. Many customers can install with basic tools. Some vehicles or trims may require coding, adapters, or minor adjustments—please check the product page for any model-specific notes.
Are Eleron lights DOT/SAE compliant and street legal in the US?
Some Eleron products are offered in DOT/SAE-marked versions for US-spec vehicles, where available. If a product is DOT/SAE-marked, it will be clearly noted on the product page and/or shown in the product photos. Items that are not DOT/SAE-marked are sold as off-road/show/tuning use only. Because vehicle equipment rules and enforcement can vary by state, always verify what’s legal for your vehicle and location before use.
Do Eleron headlights have proper DOT/SAE markings?
Where applicable, DOT/SAE versions display the appropriate markings on the housing or lens. Check the product gallery and specifications on each page for the exact markings and any fitment notes. Products not listed as DOT/SAE are typically intended for off-road/show use.
Do your DOT/SAE versions meet US lighting requirements (FMVSS)?
DOT/SAE-marked lighting is intended to align with applicable US requirements for that lamp type when installed correctly and used as designed. We recommend confirming the markings and intended use on the product page and ensuring proper installation and aiming (especially for headlights) to avoid glare and compliance issues.
What warranty do Eleron products come with?
Eleron offers a comprehensive 2-year warranty on automotive lighting products. This covers manufacturing defects, premature LED failure, and other issues under normal usage conditions. The warranty starts from the date of delivery and includes repair or replacement; if that is not possible within a reasonable time, we may offer a refund.

Do you offer free shipping in the US?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping to most US addresses. Remote areas (including Alaska/Hawaii), PO boxes, or special delivery services may incur a surcharge shown at checkout. When local stock is unavailable, some orders may dispatch from a partner warehouse; any extended lead time will be shown before you pay.
How fast is shipping within the US?
Most US orders are delivered in around 4–8 business days, depending on your location and product availability. Orders are generally processed within 24–48 hours on business days, and we ship with reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and other major parcel providers.
What is your order processing time?
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours on business days. Weekend orders are processed on the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
What are typical delivery times in the US?
Typical delivery times are about 4–8 business days for most US destinations after dispatch. Alaska/Hawaii and remote areas may take longer. If an item ships from a partner or manufacturer warehouse due to stock availability, transit times may be extended; any updated ETA is shown at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. All orders include end-to-end tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. We ship with reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and other major parcel providers.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition as received, with original packaging and all accessories included. Please obtain a Return Authorization before sending items back.
How do I return an item?
To return an item: 1) Contact Customer Support at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. 2) Receive the return address and Return Authorization. 3) Ship the item back and share the carrier name and tracking number with us.
What are the requirements for returns?
For a successful return, items must be undamaged, in original packaging, and include all accessories. Returns that show signs of installation, wear, or use may be subject to a reasonable deduction for diminished value or a restocking fee where permitted.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customer responsibility: if the return is due to preference (change of mind, wrong item ordered, etc.), the customer covers return shipping. Our responsibility: if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we cover return shipping and provide a prepaid return label when applicable.
Refunds
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add 3–7 additional days depending on your financial institution.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. For card payments, the refund goes back to the card; for PayPal, it returns to your PayPal account. For security reasons, we cannot refund to a different method.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Most items can be returned, but some exceptions apply: custom or personalized products; items damaged by misuse; products modified or altered; final-sale items; and gift cards. Contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Warranty & Quality
What does the warranty cover?
Our 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects, premature LED failure, and electrical component faults. The warranty starts on your delivery date and requires proof of purchase. Where a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item; if that is not possible within a reasonable time, we may offer a refund.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Contact us as soon as you notice the issue with your order number, photos/videos of the defect, and any troubleshooting steps taken. If a return is required, we’ll provide instructions and a prepaid label for qualifying cases. When in stock, replacements are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days; if out of stock, we’ll offer an ETA or a refund option.
What is NOT covered by warranty?
The warranty does not cover installation errors or damage, modifications or custom work, water damage from submersion, damage from accidents or collisions, normal wear and tear, misuse or improper operation, or issues caused by aftermarket modifications.

How difficult is it to install Eleron lights?
Most Eleron lights are designed for hardware plug-and-play installation using the existing vehicle connectors. Installation time varies by vehicle (approximately 30–120 minutes). Some models or trims may require coding or adapters—check the product page for any notes.
What tools do I need for installation?
Basic tools are usually sufficient: Phillips/torx/flat screwdrivers, a socket set, and trim removal tools. All standard mounting hardware is included. Some vehicles may require coding or additional adapters, which are noted on the product page if needed.
Do I need professional installation?
Professional installation isn’t required for most products, but we recommend it if you’re unfamiliar with vehicle electrics or your model has complex systems. Your warranty remains valid when installed correctly following our instructions.
