14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days after delivery to request a return. Returns are processed after the item is received and inspected.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be in the same condition you received it
- Uninstalled, unused, and not modified
- With tags/labels (if applicable)
- In original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required
How to Start a Return

Contact us at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RMA). Include your order number and reason for return.
Receive Return Instructions
If your return is accepted, we’ll send return instructions. In some cases, we may provide a return label; otherwise you will need to ship using a tracked service.
Important Notice
Items sent back without an RMA may be delayed, refused, or returned to sender if we cannot verify the order.

Immediate Inspection Required
Inspect your order on delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, missing, or the package appears opened/tampered, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item, shipping label, and all packaging so we can investigate and resolve it.
