You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any product, for any reason.

  • The 14-day return window starts from the date of delivery, not the date of purchase.
  • Items must be in pristine, unmounted condition. You may temporarily connect the wiring harness to test functionality (a 'plug-in test'), but the headlights must not be bolted in, mounted to the vehicle, or driven with. Products showing bolt marks on mounting tabs or installation scuffs cannot be accepted for a standard return.
  • All original accessories, hardware, and bundled items must be included.
  • Original packaging is required. If the original packaging is unavailable, equivalent protective packaging that prevents transit damage is acceptable.
  • If items are missing, show signs of full installation or use, or are damaged beyond reasonable inspection, the return may be declined or the refund reduced to reflect diminished value.

Changed Your Mind or Ordered the Wrong Item

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Use a tracked shipping service with insurance — we cannot be responsible for high-value returns lost in transit.
  • The original outbound shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • The full product price is refunded once the item is received and passes inspection.

We Made an Error, Fitment Issue, or Item Arrived Damaged

  • We will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid return label.
  • Upon receiving and verifying the returned item, you choose: a full refund including original shipping costs, or a free replacement sent at no extra cost.
  • Please provide clear photos of the product and packaging so we can verify the issue before arranging the return.

How to Start a Return

Email Us

Send an email to [email protected] with your order number, reason for the return, and photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Receive Your Return Authorization

You'll receive a Return Authorization (RMA), return address, and instructions within one business day. Every return requires an RMA — items sent without one may be delayed or refused because we cannot verify the order.

Ship It Back

Pack the item securely and send it to the provided address. Once shipped, email us the courier name and tracking number so we can track your return and process your refund faster.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and passes a strict quality and serial number inspection.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Processing typically takes 2–5 business days after inspection is complete.
  • Bank posting times vary. If you don't see your refund after 5 business days, check with your bank or card issuer first, then contact [email protected] with your order number.

Order Cancellations

  • Contact [email protected] as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
  • If the order hasn't entered processing or shipped, it will be cancelled and fully refunded.
  • Orders may enter preparation quickly, so cancellation isn't guaranteed once processing starts.
  • If the order has already shipped, it follows the standard return process above — you cover return shipping for a change-of-mind cancellation.
