The darkest headlight we make for the E90. Every internal surface — reflectors, bezels, backing plates — is blacked out, leaving only the sharp Arrow-DRL strip and the projector lens visible through the housing. The same Arrow-DRL architecture BMW uses on its current G-chassis models, transplanted onto the E90's proportions. The result is a front end that reads as deliberate and built, not decorated.
This is a complete lighting conversion. Bi-LED projectors replace whatever your car currently has — halogen reflectors, bi-xenon, or adaptive AHL/AFS xenon. No ballasts to carry over, no bulbs to source. Every LED driver and control module comes pre-installed. Just confirm halogen or xenon at checkout — we handle the rest, including AFS/AHL compatibility.
E-Marked (ECE) & DOT/SAE — road-legal in White DRL mode. Includes integrated auto-leveling.

That's the only decision. We manufacture a dedicated version for each harness type — the internal electronics are pre-configured for your car. If you have adaptive AHL or AFS xenon, the standard xenon version covers you.

DRL Color Selection
A small 2-pin connector on the rear of each headlight housing controls the DRL color. Set it once during installation — or change it whenever you want by accessing the back of the headlight.
Connector plugged in: White DRL (~6,000K)
Connector unplugged: Yellow DRL (~3,000K)
White DRL is the E-Marked road-legal mode. Yellow is available for personal use — White mode should be active for inspections.

Ships Complete — Nothing to Transfer
Every assembly includes all LED drivers and control electronics pre-installed. No xenon ballasts to move, no D1S bulbs to source, no ignitors to carry over. Your factory headlights stay intact.
Bi-LED Projectors with Auto-Leveling
High-output Bi-LED projectors replace the factory optics entirely. Sharp cutoff line, wide coverage, instant-on with no warm-up delay. The integrated auto-leveling motor adjusts beam height based on vehicle load.
E-Marked (ECE) & DOT/SAE
The blacked-out interior is purely aesthetic — the projector optics and beam pattern are fully certified. The smoked treatment is applied to the internal reflectors and bezels behind a clear lens, not to the lens itself. Road-legal in White DRL mode for TÜV, MOT, EU periodic inspections, and US state inspections.

ABS housings with PMMA lenses, sealed against moisture at every joint. Every pair is bench-tested before shipping.

Installation
A straightforward headlight swap requiring front bumper removal — standard on the E90 platform. No wiring modifications, no coding on any version. Allow 2–3 hours.
- Remove the front bumper to access the headlight mounting bolts.
- Unbolt the factory headlights and disconnect the main harness plug.
- Set your DRL color: plug in the small 2-pin connector on the rear of the housing for White, or leave it disconnected for Yellow.
- Plug the new headlight into your factory harness.
- Test before reassembly — verify low beam, high beam, DRL color, and indicators.
- Reinstall the bumper, align beam height using the integrated adjusters.
