The darkest headlight we make for the E90. Every internal surface — reflectors, bezels, backing plates — is blacked out, leaving only the sharp Arrow-DRL strip and the projector lens visible through the housing. The same Arrow-DRL architecture BMW uses on its current G-chassis models, transplanted onto the E90's proportions. The result is a front end that reads as deliberate and built, not decorated.
This is a complete lighting conversion. Bi-LED projectors replace whatever your car currently has — halogen reflectors, bi-xenon, or adaptive AHL/AFS xenon. No ballasts to carry over, no bulbs to source. Every LED driver and control module comes pre-installed. Select your factory headlight type and your DRL configuration at checkout — we handle the rest, including AFS/AHL and High Beam Assist (5AC) compatibility.
Auto-leveling integrated on all xenon variants. High Beam Assist (5AC) supported where factory-fitted. Manual thumbwheel adjuster supported on halogen variants.

Step 2 — Choose Your DRL Configuration
Two DRL configurations on the same smoked Arrow-DRL housing platform. Pick by color count and intended use.
White
The clean blacked-out look.
Fixed white DRL in the Arrow-DRL shape against the smoked housing. Clean and aggressive without multi-color switching.
White + Yellow
The motorsport signature.
Switch between White and Selective Yellow (3000K) via a small 2-pin connector on the rear of the housing. Set it once during installation or change it any time.
Built on the same housing platform. Intended for show and track use.
DRL Color Selection — No App Required
Applies to the White + Yellow version only. The White-only version has a fixed DRL.
A small 2-pin connector on the rear of each headlight housing controls the DRL color. Set it once during installation — or change it whenever you want by accessing the back of the headlight.

How These Are Built
Every E90 Configuration — Fully Pre-Configured
Halogen, bi-xenon (S522A), adaptive AHL/AFS xenon (S524A) — every factory headlight configuration on the E90 platform is supported. The internal electronics — including CAN-bus interface, AFS motor control, and High Beam Assist (5AC) logic — are pre-configured for your specific harness. Select halogen or xenon at checkout. No coding, no error codes, no adapters.
Ships Complete — Nothing to Transfer
Every assembly includes all LED drivers and control electronics pre-installed. No xenon ballasts to move, no D1S bulbs to source, no ignitors to carry over. Your factory headlights stay intact.
Bi-LED Projectors — Auto-Leveling & High Beam Assist
Separate LED elements for low and high beam in a single projector unit. Sharp cutoff line, wide even coverage, instant-on with no warm-up delay.
Xenon variants (S522A / S524A): Integrated leveling motor connects directly to your factory auto-leveling harness and adjusts beam height based on vehicle load — no separate controller needed. High Beam Assist (5AC) is fully supported: Pre-LCI xenon cars built from approximately 09/2007 onward, and all LCI xenon cars, are compatible where the factory camera and control unit are present.
Halogen variants: Electric auto-leveling was not part of the factory halogen setup on the E90 — these headlights match that, with the manual thumbwheel adjuster fully functional. High Beam Assist was not offered from the factory on halogen E90s and is not applicable here.
Smoked Treatment — Cosmetic Only
The blacked-out finish is applied to the internal reflectors and bezels behind a standard clear PMMA lens — not to the lens itself. The projector optics and Arrow-DRL strip sit completely unobstructed. Beam pattern, cutoff line, and light output are identical to a clear-housing build. The dark look is purely visual.

ABS housings with PMMA lenses, sealed against moisture at every joint. Every pair goes through a full function check — projectors, Arrow-DRL, leveling motor, CAN-bus communication — before it leaves the bench.

Installation
A straightforward headlight swap requiring front bumper removal — standard on the E90 platform. No wiring modifications, no coding on any version. Allow 2–3 hours.
- Remove the front bumper to access the headlight mounting bolts.
- Unbolt the factory headlights and disconnect the main harness plug.
- On the White + Yellow version: set your DRL color by plugging in or disconnecting the small 2-pin connector on the rear of the housing.
- Plug the new headlight into your factory harness.
- Test before reassembly — verify low beam, high beam, Arrow-DRL, and indicators.
- Reinstall the bumper, align beam height using the integrated adjusters.
