Arrow-DRL LED Headlights — BMW 4 Series (F32/F33/F36) & M3/M4 (F80/F82/F83)
Full LED Conversion with Arrow-DRL — Xenon & LED Models — Pre-LCI & LCI — 2013–2020
BMW F32 Coupe • F33 Convertible • F36 Gran Coupe • F80 M3 • F82/F83 M4 • Pre-LCI & LCI • 2013–2020
The Arrow-DRL is the lighting signature BMW introduced on its current G-chassis production cars — the sharp, angular strip that replaced the corona ring across the 3 Series, 4 Series, and M models. These headlights bring that design language to the F32 generation, where the proportions were already right for it. On an M4 or a well-built 435i, it looks like it was always meant to be there.
This is a complete conversion. Bi-LED projectors replace whatever your car currently has — pre-LCI xenon, pre-LCI LED, or LCI LED. Every LED driver and control module comes pre-installed. We manufacture four connector-specific versions to match every factory harness on the platform. Select your connector type and your DRL configuration at checkout — we handle the rest. Plug-and-play with zero coding.
Step 1 — Match Your Factory Connector
The F32 platform shipped with four different headlight connectors across its production run. Count the pins on your factory headlight plug and select the matching version. If you're unsure, send us your VIN.

Step 2 — Choose Your DRL Configuration
Two DRL configurations on the same Arrow-DRL housing platform. Pick by color count and intended use.
White
The clean factory look.
Fixed white DRL in the Arrow-DRL shape. Clean, understated, and the modern BMW aesthetic without multi-color switching.
White + Yellow
The motorsport signature.
Toggle between crisp White and Selective Yellow (3000K) for the unmistakable endurance-racing presence. Switched via the factory high-beam stalk.
DRL Color Switching — No App Required
Applies to the White + Yellow version only. The White-only version has a fixed DRL.
Flash your high beams 5 times in quick succession to toggle between White (~6,000K) and Yellow (~3,000K). The headlight retains your selection through ignition cycles. No phone, no app, no external switch.
How These Are Built
Four Connector Versions — One for Every Harness
The F32 platform went through two production phases with four distinct headlight connectors: 6-pin (LCI LED), 8-pin (pre-LCI xenon), 9-pin (pre-LCI adaptive xenon), and 10-pin (pre-LCI LED). We manufacture a dedicated version for each one — internal electronics configured for your specific harness, CAN-bus behavior matched to factory expectations.
Ships Complete — Nothing to Transfer
Every assembly includes all LED drivers and control electronics pre-installed. No xenon ballasts to move, no D1S bulbs to source, no ignitors to carry over. Your factory headlights stay intact.
Bi-LED Projectors with Auto-Leveling
High-output Bi-LED projectors replace the factory optics entirely. Sharp cutoff line, wide coverage, instant-on with no warm-up delay. The integrated auto-leveling motor adjusts beam height based on vehicle load.
Sealed Construction
ABS housings with PMMA lenses, sealed against moisture at every joint. Every pair is bench-tested before shipping.
2-Year Warranty
Two years of coverage from delivery date.
Installation
A straightforward headlight swap requiring front bumper removal — standard on the F32 platform. No wiring modifications, no coding on any version. Allow 2–3 hours.
- Remove the front bumper to access the headlight mounting bolts.
- Unbolt the factory headlights and disconnect the main harness plug.
- Plug the new headlight into your factory harness — the connector is specific to your pin count.
- Test before reassembly — verify low beam, high beam, Arrow-DRL, indicators, and (on the dual-color version) DRL color switching (5× flash).
- Reinstall the bumper, align beam height using the integrated adjusters.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. The F80 M3 and F82/F83 M4 share the same headlight mounting points and harness as the standard F32/F33/F36. Select the connector version that matches your factory setup.
Yes. All F32-platform body styles share identical headlight geometry and connectors.
The simplest way: count the pins on the main connector at the back of your current headlight. Alternatively, send us your VIN and we'll confirm your exact configuration — it takes minutes.
No. The 9-pin version is built specifically for the adaptive xenon harness. The physical AHL swiveling is replaced by a fixed, wide-angle Bi-LED beam pattern. No coding, no error codes.
Both versions share the same Arrow-DRL housing, same Bi-LED projectors, same fitment, and the same plug-and-play installation. The White version has a fixed white DRL — clean and understated. The White+Yellow version adds switchable color: flash the high beams 5× to toggle between White and Selective Yellow for the motorsport look.
Nothing. Every component is pre-installed — LED drivers, projector modules, DRL electronics, leveling motor. Your factory headlights stay fully intact.
Yes. The integrated leveling motor adjusts beam height based on vehicle load — the same auto-leveling behavior as your factory headlights.
Yes, if you're comfortable removing the front bumper on the F32 platform. Standard hand tools and about 2–3 hours. No lift required.
