C7.5 Full LED Headlights — Audi A6 / S6 / RS6 (4G)
OEM-Style Bi-LED Upgrade for Halogen & Xenon Models — Sedan & Avant — 2011–2018
Audi A6 (4G) • S6 • RS6 • Sedan & Avant • C7 Pre-Facelift • C7.5 Facelift • 2011–2018
Give your C7 the lighting it should have left the factory with. These Full LED assemblies replicate the premium C7.5 facelift headlight aesthetic — the sharp LED DRL strip, integrated cornering lights, and bi-LED low/high beam projectors — in a complete, self-contained unit with every module pre-installed and pre-configured. No adapter looms, no VCDS coding, no BCM swaps, no dealer visits. Plug into your factory halogen or xenon harness and drive.
Integrated auto-leveling motor included. Compatible with the factory auto high beam assist function where fitted.
Step 1 — Identify Your Factory Headlights
We manufacture a dedicated version for each factory wiring type. The internal electronics are configured specifically for your car's harness — select the one that matches your current headlights.
How to check: AFS (Adaptive) headlights physically swivel left and right when you turn your steering wheel while driving at night. If your beams just point straight ahead, you have standard non-AFS xenons and these are a perfect fit!
C7 Halogen (Pre-Facelift)
2011–2014
The biggest visual leap. Replaces basic halogen reflectors with the full C7.5 LED look.
Not compatible with: Vehicles equipped with AFS (Adaptive Front-lighting System), or those that left the factory with Full LED / Matrix LED headlights.

How These Are Built
Pre-Configured CAN-Bus Electronics
If you've researched LED headlight retrofits on the C7, you know the typical process: adapter looms, VCDS coding across four modules, security access codes, BCM compatibility checks, and sometimes a dealer visit for component protection. We engineered these assemblies to bypass all of that. The internal electronics are pre-configured to communicate directly with the factory BCM via the CAN-bus on halogen and xenon harnesses — no diagnostic tools, no software changes, no dealer involvement.
Ships Complete — Nothing to Transfer
Every assembly includes all LED drivers, control modules, and DRL electronics pre-installed and factory-configured. There's nothing to source separately and nothing to remove from your old headlights. Your factory units stay fully intact — keep them as a backup or sell them on.
Bi-LED Projectors with Auto-Leveling
Low and high beam are handled by a single bi-LED projector source per side — instant-on, full output from the moment you turn the key, with a sharp cutoff line and wide coverage. No xenon bulbs, no ballasts, no warm-up delay. The integrated auto-leveling motor adjusts beam height based on vehicle load, operating identically to your factory headlights.
Auto High Beam Assist Compatible
If your A6 is equipped with the factory camera-based auto high beam assist, it continues to operate after installation. The high beam output and control signal are wired to match the factory interface — the system switches between low and high beam exactly as before, with no reconfiguration required on the car side.
Cornering Lights Included
A dedicated inner LED activates automatically when you signal a turn — casting a wide, static beam into the direction you're turning. Integrated into the housing and wired into the indicator circuit. No additional wiring, no coding.
Bench-Tested Before Shipping
High-grade ABS housing with PMMA lenses, fully sealed against moisture and condensation. Every pair is powered up and tested across all functions — low beam, high beam, DRL strip, indicators, cornering lights, and auto-leveling motor — before it leaves.
Installation
A straightforward headlight swap that requires front bumper removal — standard practice on the 4G A6 platform. No wiring modifications, no coding, no diagnostic tools. Allow 2–3 hours.
- Remove the front bumper: undo the fasteners along the top edge (under the hood), the Torx screws inside the wheel arches, and the undertray clips. Disconnect any fog light or sensor connectors before carefully pulling the bumper forward.
- Unbolt the factory headlights and disconnect the main harness plug.
- Plug the new Full LED headlight directly into your factory harness. No adapters, no re-pinning.
- Test before reassembly — verify low beam, high beam, DRL strip, turn signals, cornering lights, and auto-leveling.
- Reinstall the bumper, align beam height using the integrated adjusters, and you're done.
Tip: Wrap painter's tape along the fender edges before bumper removal to protect the paintwork. Photograph each connector before unplugging — it speeds up reassembly.
Frequently Asked Questions
No — and this is the most important distinction. What you've read about applies to retrofitting genuine OEM Audi LED headlights, which were designed for a completely different wiring topology and require extensive VCDS reconfiguration. Our assemblies are purpose-built to work with your existing halogen or xenon harness as-is. The internal electronics handle the CAN-bus handshake with the factory BCM on their own. No coding, no adapters, no third-party looms.
Yes. The headlight mounting points and harness are identical across both body styles.
Yes. The S6 and RS6 (4G) share the same headlight architecture as the A6. If your S6/RS6 currently has halogen or standard xenon headlights, these are a direct fit.
No. These are designed exclusively as an upgrade from standard Halogen or Xenon setups to the C7.5 Full LED aesthetic. They are not intended as replacements for vehicles that already have factory LED units or AFS steering-tracked headlights.
Yes. If your A6 is fitted with the factory camera-based auto high beam assist, it continues to function normally. The high beam control interface is wired to match the factory signal — no reconfiguration needed on the car side.
The visual difference is dramatic — you're going from an aging bi-xenon look to the sharp, modern C7.5 LED DRL strip and full bi-LED output. On the practical side, you're also getting ahead of inevitable xenon ballast and D-series bulb failures, which are expensive to repair. LED modules are instant-on, run cooler, and draw less power.
Nothing. Every LED driver, control module, and DRL unit is pre-installed. Your factory headlights stay fully intact.
Yes, if you're comfortable with bumper removal on a 4G-platform Audi. You'll need Torx bits, a trim removal tool, and about 2–3 hours. Professional installation is recommended if you've never removed an A6 bumper before — it's not difficult, but knowing where the hidden fasteners are saves time.
