Installation
A like-for-like tail light swap through the trunk interior. No bumper removal, no coding. Allow 45–60 minutes for the full set.
- Open the tailgate and remove the inner trim panels to access the tail light mounting hardware.
- Unbolt the outer (body) tail lights and disconnect the factory plugs.
- Unbolt the inner (tailgate) tail lights and disconnect.
- Plug the new outer and inner units into the factory tail light connectors and mount.
- Test before reassembly — trigger the lock/unlock animation, then verify running lights, brake lights, reverse light, fog light, and sequential indicators.
- Reinstall the trim panels.
