CSL-Style LED Headlights — BMW 3 Series (F30/F31)
Iconic LCI Look Upgrade for Halogen & Xenon Models — Switchable DRL — 2012–2018
BMW 3 Series Sedan (F30) • Touring (F31) • 320i • 328i • 330i • 335i • 340i • 2012–2018
The F30 deserves better than what it left the factory with. These purpose-built Bi-LED assemblies replace your halogen reflectors or aging xenon projectors with the aggressive CSL-style DRL signature, a high-output Bi-LED projector module, and switchable multi-color DRL modes. Every ballast, LED driver, and DRL module comes pre-installed and factory-configured — nothing to transfer from your old headlights. Plug into your factory harness and drive.
Every unit is E-Marked (ECE) — road-legal in White DRL mode across the EU. Engineered from the ground up for BMW's F-chassis CAN-bus system — error-free on both Halogen and Xenon harnesses.
Fitment: F30 Sedan and F31 Touring only. Designed for vehicles originally equipped with Halogen or Xenon headlights. Not compatible with the F34 Gran Turismo — different headlight shape entirely.
Step 1 — Select Your Factory Harness
We manufacture a dedicated version for each factory wiring type. The internal electronics are configured specifically for your car's harness — select the one that matches your current headlights.

Step 2 — Choose Your DRL Configuration
Every version ships with a fully E-Marked (ECE) headlight assembly.
For EU road use, run in White DRL mode. Yellow and Amber modes are switchable at any time via the stalk.
White
The clean modern look.
Fixed white DRL halos. A dramatic transformation from halogen or xenon, road-legal at all times. Clean and understated.
White + Yellow
The CSL signature.
Toggle between crisp White and Selective Yellow (3000K) for the unmistakable CSL / GTS motorsport aesthetic. Our most popular choice on the F30.
White + Yellow + Amber
Maximum presence.
Three distinct DRL modes on demand. The warm Amber adds a track-day edge — switch back to White or Yellow in seconds.
DRL Mode Switching — No App Required
Toggle between DRL colors using your factory high-beam stalk. No phone, no Bluetooth module, no switch in the engine bay. The headlight remembers your last setting automatically.

How These Are Built
Ships Complete — Nothing to Transfer
Every assembly includes all ballasts, LED drivers, and DRL modules pre-installed and factory-configured. There's nothing to remove from your old headlights and nothing to source separately. Your factory units stay fully intact — keep them as a backup or sell them on.
Engineered for BMW's CAN-Bus
The F30's CAN-bus system runs both cold and warm diagnostic checks on every lighting circuit. We configured the internal electronics to respond correctly to these checks, which means no flickering at startup, no error codes on the dash, and no need for coding software. This applies to both the Halogen and Xenon harness versions.
E-Marked on Every Version
The ECE certification covers the entire headlight assembly — housing, projector, and beam pattern — regardless of which DRL configuration you choose. White, White+Yellow, and White+Yellow+Amber all ship as fully E-Marked units. Use White DRL mode on public roads; switch to Yellow or Amber whenever you like.
Bi-LED Projector — ~6,000 Lumens
A single bi-LED module handles both low and high beam with a sharp cutoff line and even spread — no oncoming glare. If you're coming from halogen, the visibility improvement is transformative. If you're coming from xenon, there's no warm-up delay — full output is instant.
Factory-Sealed Against Moisture
High-grade ABS housing with PMMA lenses, sealed at every joint during manufacturing. F30 headlight condensation is a well-documented issue — even on OEM units. We designed these housings to resist moisture ingress over years of daily use, not just at the point of installation.
2-Year Warranty
Every pair is QC'd and bench-tested before shipping. Two full years of coverage from delivery date — no fine print, and a support team that actually responds.
Installation
A straightforward headlight swap that requires front bumper removal — standard practice on F30/F31 BMWs. No wiring modifications, no coding, no diagnostic tools. Allow 2–3 hours.
- Remove the front bumper: undo the Torx screws along the top, the plastic clips on the sides, and the undertray fasteners. Disconnect any fog light or sensor wiring before pulling the bumper forward.
- Unbolt the factory headlights (Torx mounting screws — typically two on top, one on each side) and disconnect the main harness plug.
- Plug the new headlight directly into your factory harness. No adapters, no re-pinning.
- Test before reassembly — verify low beam, high beam, turn signals, and DRL color switching.
- Reinstall the bumper, align beam height using the integrated adjusters, and you're done.
Tip: Wrap painter's tape along the fender edges before bumper removal to prevent paint chips. Keep all screws organized — a magnetic tray helps.
Frequently Asked Questions
No. These are complete, self-contained Bi-LED assemblies. Every electronic component is pre-installed and pre-configured. There are no consumable bulbs to replace — the LED module is integrated for the lifetime of the unit.
No. The internal electronics are configured to satisfy BMW's CAN-bus diagnostics on both standard and adaptive xenon harnesses. The physical AFS swiveling mechanism is replaced by a fixed, wide-angle Bi-LED beam pattern. The car won't flag any faults — no coding and no resistors needed.
No. The F34 GT uses a completely different headlight shape and housing. These are designed exclusively for the F30 Sedan and F31 Touring.
Yes. The E-Mark certification covers the headlight assembly — housing, projector, and beam pattern — and applies to every version equally. For EU road compliance, use White DRL mode on public roads.
Nothing. Every module, driver, and ballast is already installed. Your factory headlights stay completely intact — many owners keep them as a spare set or sell them.
Yes, if you're comfortable with bumper removal. It's the same procedure used for any front-end work on an F30/F31 — Torx bits, a trim removal tool, and about 2–3 hours. No lift required.
