Every assembly includes all LED drivers, projector modules, and DRL electronics pre-installed and configured. No ballasts to move from your old headlights, no bulbs to source. Your factory units stay intact.
Plug-and-Play
Pre-configured for the 8V's central electronics module on both halogen and xenon harnesses. No rewiring, no connector changes, no control module swaps. On some vehicles, a minor VCDS adaptation may be needed to clear a bulb outage warning — a routine adjustment any VAG-equipped workshop can handle in minutes.
Sequential Turn Signals
The DRL strip doubles as a sweeping sequential indicator — amber flows smoothly across the full width of the headlight when signaling, then reverts to white. It's the same integrated switchback concept Audi uses on its current models.
Bi-LED Projector with Auto-Leveling
High-output Bi-LED module handles low and high beam with a sharp cutoff line and even spread. The integrated auto-leveling motor adjusts beam height based on vehicle load — the same system your factory headlights use.

Startup Animation
When you unlock or start the car, a brief sweeping LED sequence plays through the DRL strip — a welcome effect similar to what Audi uses on its current models. During normal driving, the DRL operates as a steady white strip. The startup animation can be disabled entirely if you prefer a strictly factory appearance.
Installation
A straightforward headlight swap requiring front bumper removal — standard on the 8V platform. No wiring modifications. Allow 2–3 hours.
- Remove the front bumper: undo the top fasteners, the Torx screws inside the wheel arches, and the undertray clips. Disconnect any fog light or sensor connectors before pulling the bumper forward.
- Unbolt the factory headlights and disconnect the main harness plug.
- Plug the new headlight into your factory harness.
- Test before reassembly — verify low beam, high beam, DRL, sequential indicators, and startup animation.
- Reinstall the bumper, align beam height using the integrated adjusters.
